If X-Power Plus Pro isn't right for you, we'll refund your purchase in full within 14 days of the order date — no questions asked. This applies to both the yearly subscription (first payment) and the lifetime license.

How to request a refund

• Email xpowerbit@gmail.com with your order number or the email used at purchase, or
• Reply to your Paddle order receipt — Paddle, our Merchant of Record, handles payment servicing and processes approved refunds back to your original payment method.

After a refund

The associated license key is deactivated and Pro features return to the free plan. Your data is never deleted by a downgrade — everything remains stored locally in your browser.

Subscription renewals

You can cancel the yearly subscription at any time before renewal; Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. Renewal charges are refundable within 14 days of the renewal date.
