Two ways to look at your browsing time

The Efficiency Dashboard, reached from within Tab Manager, has two modes you can toggle between:

Efficiency mode — time-based. How long you actually spent on each site, not just how many times you opened it.
Visit Count mode — frequency-based. How often you visited each site, regardless of how long each visit lasted.

Efficiency mode shows three stat cards: Total Screen Time, Visit Trends over your chosen window, and a Time Ranking of the domains that consumed the most of it.

Choosing a time window

Pick from Today, the last 7/30/90/180/365 days, the last 2 or 3 years, or a custom range up to 3 years. Visit Count mode additionally lets you adjust how many top domains are shown and how densely the rows are packed.

Dashboard themes

The dashboard's visual style is independent of the extension's light/dark setting — choose from Minimal, Glass, Ocean, Galaxy, Forest, or Sunset, purely for how the dashboard itself looks while you're reviewing your stats.

Privacy Mode applies here too

The same three-level Privacy Mode used in Current Tabs and Visit History is available on the dashboard, for whenever you're reviewing your stats somewhere more public than usual.

Resetting your stats is irreversible "Reset Stats" permanently wipes all accumulated screen-time and visit-count history. There's no undo and no recycle bin for this one — it's a genuine wipe, not a soft delete.

Take a Break Reminder

Separate from the time/visit dashboards, Take a Break Reminder tracks accumulated audio/video playback time per tab — think video streaming or long podcasts — rather than overall browsing time. Once a tab crosses your configured threshold (1–480 minutes), it either shows a warning or shows a warning and then closes the tab automatically, with configurable popup display time and a delay before the close happens.
