Spaces (My Space)
Named collections of URLs for one-click launch of the tool sets you open every day.
What a Space is
A Space is a named collection of URLs you open together — your morning stack of email/calendar/dashboard, the five tools for a specific project, the reference pages for a task you do weekly. Instead of hunting down and opening each one, you open the Space once and every URL in it launches together.
Building a Space
Each Space gets an icon and an optional description. Add URLs to it in whichever way is fastest at the time:
- Type or paste a URL in directly.
- Capture the tab you're currently looking at.
- Import an entire bookmark folder, a tag, or a saved snapshot as a batch.
- Add a regex rule instead of a fixed URL — it won't be opened when you launch the Space, but it's used for grouping, badges, and search matching against tabs that match the pattern.
Launching a Space
Per-Space options control what happens on launch:

| Open in new window | Launches every URL together in a fresh window instead of the current one. |
| Pin to top | Keeps this Space at the top of the list for fast access. |
| Pin tabs | Automatically pins every tab the Space opens. |
| Confirmation threshold | Asks for confirmation before opening a Space above a certain URL count, so a 40-URL Space doesn't launch by accident. |
Rows and badges can be color-coded per Space, and an inactivity alert can flag a Space you haven't opened in a configurable number of days, hours, or minutes — a nudge for the ones you set up and then forgot about.
Organizing Spaces into groups
Once you have more than a handful of Spaces, organize them into named, colored groups (by project, by client, by time of day — whatever fits how you actually work).
Sending a page to a Space
Right-click any page and choose Send to Space to add it to an existing Space without opening the sidebar first. The in-page floating button also has a quick-add section for the same action.
Access statistics and import/export
A statistics view surfaces your largest Spaces, the ones you've never opened, and your most recently used ones — useful for spotting stale Spaces worth cleaning up. Spaces export and import as JSON, same as the rest of the extension's data.
